HHA’s and CNA's are used interchangeably. They provide assistance at home to ensure your physical and social wellbeing; including companionship, personal care, and other quality of life services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Yes, we ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, by performing a criminal history background clearance and then cover each caregiver with general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8-4, however, we are available to our clients 24 hours, 7 days a week. 

Yes, we can provide services in assisted living facilities. Families can hire a caregiver to supplement the assistance provided by facility staff. 

Yes, you can modify the schedule. We do request notice for permanent scheduling changes. We recognize that last-minute alterations may occasionally be required. We will make every effort to accommodate the schedule for emergencies.

If your caregiver is unavailable, we will arrange another caregiver and will contact you in advance of the change. We will also review your Plan of Care with them prior to service.

Yes, during the initial conversation and the in-home visit, we will document the home care services required and your preferences for a caregiver match. 

Yes, we are an approved agency from the VA.

Veterans and their surviving spouses may qualify for VA benefits to cover all or some of the cost of in-home care. VA programs are designed for those who meet specific criteria and demonstrate physical need for in-home care.
